About AC Forward

AC forward curved centrifugal fans use impellers with blade tips angled in the direction of rotation, which creates a velocity multiplier effect — these fans can produce very high airflow rates at moderate static pressures relative to their physical size and motor power. Forward curved centrifugal fans are the preferred choice for HVAC air handling units, where large volume airflow is needed with moderate duct resistance, and for applications requiring compact dimensions relative to airflow output. They are also widely used in fume extraction, dust collection systems with light loading, and industrial process ventilation. The main trade-off compared to backward curved impellers is lower aerodynamic efficiency — forward curved designs typically operate at 55-65 percent efficiency versus 70-85 percent for backward curved types. Important specification parameters include impeller diameter, motor speed (RPM), airflow (m3/h or CFM), static pressure (Pa or mm WG), and sound power level. Leading manufacturers supplying AC forward curved centrifugal fans include ebm-papst (in its A series), ZIEHL-ABEGG, Rosenberg, and SODECA. Hengrui offers competitive factory-direct pricing and engineering consultation for AC forward curved fan selection.

Bag

Bag packaging indicates that a specified quantity of product is packaged by the manufacturer in a bag, sealed pouch, or similar container and sold as a unit without repackaging. It is also used to describe kits/assortments where components are packaged in separate bags according to part number or parametric value, rather than in a compartmentalized box or similar rigid container.
